Join the Space Coast Black Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Committee for an informative and engaging virtual discussion focused on Men's Health Matters.
As part of our monthly Health & Wellness Committee series, this panel will bring together community members and health advocates to explore the importance of preventive care, healthy lifestyles, mental wellness, and chronic disease prevention among men. Attendees will gain valuable insights, practical health tips, and resources designed to encourage men to take a proactive approach to their overall well-being.
This month's featured guest is Councilman Lavander Hearn of the City of Cocoa, a certified EMT/Firefighter, who will share his unique perspective on men's health from both a public service and emergency response standpoint.
