We are a nonprofit located in Brevard County looking to enhance DEI opportunities with our community. We currently have 4 programs.

1. U.N.I.T.Y. (Undoing Negative Influences in Today's Youth): our website www.unityspeaker.org gives organizations that work with children a place to find dynamic, influential speakers that typically represent inadequately represented individuals.

2. Building Cultural Bridges: Our program currently partners young leaders from the BIPOC community and local law enforcement agencies to learn, understand and appreciate each other's culture. We create scenarios where both sides can work together to solve problems for each other.

3. Impact Brevard (Our Community Board): Our program assists nonprofit boards throughout Brevard County create a more inclusive environment on their boards. Once they have completed a training program, they unlock access to a talent pool of individuals who are inadequately represented on boards throughout Brevard County. We pay for each member in the talent pool to have Board Governance training, as well as set them up with mentors throughout the county.

4. Lifting Every Voice: works to help inadequately represented individuals in Brevard who want to create Social Media shows, podcasts, etc. We work with them to launch their programs so their voices/perspectives/talents are recognized and heard.
